1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping is available on all orders above PKR 3,000.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the total amount upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for assistance.
