Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info.shaanfabrics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement if the item qualifies for an exchange.
